The role is shaped together with the teams and can shift between operational support (incidents, defect-flow) and more long-term initiatives (process, test strategy, alignment).

Responsibilities
- •Coordinate and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents related to Core Services
- •Drive follow-up on actions and quality improvements, documented in ServiceNow
- •Track and consolidate defects and trends in JIRA
- •Facilitate alignment and follow-up meetings for initiatives spanning multiple teams
- •Support Scrum Masters and teams with Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done
- •Contribute to discussions about quality, ways of working, and test strategy
- •Continuously adjust focus areas together with the teams based on needs and ongoing initiatives
Requirements
- •Experience in leading/facilitating RCA and driving action follow-up after incidents
- •Experience working in a structured manner with tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
- •Understanding of quality work in agile teams and ability to support DoD and Acceptance Criteria
- •Strong facilitation and collaboration skills in environments with multiple stakeholders and teams
- •Ability to translate insights (incidents/defects) into concrete improvements in ways of working and processes
